The Oasis Control Center application (OCC app) can be downloaded from the Software_and_Firmware > Oasis_firmware_software folder. It is in a zipped folder (OCC_app_v25.zip) that includes the FTDI drivers for Windows XP computers and a folder with several default factory configuration files. These files can be uploaded to an Oasis console to return it to the factory default settings using the OCC app. See the OCC app readme in that folder for more details. The Oasis console firmware can also be downloaded from the Software_and_Firmware > Oasis_firmware_software folder as well. Keep the files in the zipped folder since they are used directly from that zipped folder. Be sure to read the Oasis_Firmware_Update_readme.txt file for important information on updating the Oasis firmware. Main Card USB and USB Input Card Testing To test the USB connections on an Oasis console, download the VMSupervisor software application since it includes an audio player and audio recorder that can be used specifically to test the operation of the Oasis USB ports. The VMSupervisor program itself will not be used, only the player and recorder apps. A USB Input card has four stereo audio playback channels along with bidirectional logic control signals. The USB port on the Oasis Main card does not support any logic and has stereo playback and stereo record only. The playback destination and record signal source are set in the Utilities tab of the Oasis Control Center app (OCC app). Once the main card USB port signals are assigned, the Harris Player can be used to check audio playback and the Harris Recorder used to check for audio recording. The USB Input card has four stereo playback channels going to the four faders associated with that input card. Open up four Harris Players, assigning each one to one of the four playback chanels. If logic has been configured for these four channels then both incoming and outgoing logic should be shown on the Player buttons and the channel on/off buttons.
